I've recently set up a mongo replica set on AWS. I have a primary, a secondary and an arbiter. Sweet. But if the instance that the arbiter runs on goes down I'm left with a 2-node replica set and as I understand it I can no longer have a successful election, since replica sets with an even number of nodes require an arbiter.
How do we work around this? My first thought was to have multiple arbiters but I can't find any documentation on whether or not that's supported/works.
How do we build in redundancy wrt to arbiters, or how do we handle the case that our sole arbiter becomes unavailable?
