mysql master slave replication issue: Slave has read all relay log

Hi I have set up master:slave replication as per this guide and set the connection to work over ssh using this guide.

The connection port is set up correctly - if i enter this command:

mysql -h 127.0.0.1 -u slave_user -P 33061 -p

i can connect to the remote master database. I have seen this question and thought it was well written and gave useful info so I will duplicate the commands with my settings

I did have replication working, but initially i was using the same database as my development website, and doing so caused duplicate primary keys. So i updated and imported a new database on the slave, updated the /etc/mysql/my.cnf binlog_do_db entry on both servers for the new database name, restarted both mysql servers.

I think the issue is related to the message: Slave has read all relay log; waiting for the slave I/O thread to update it But I dont have any idea as to what it means. has been substituted for the real database name.
