How to maintain Schema changes with two Publisher into one Subscriber?

AlwaysOn Availability Groups configured with Replication Subscribers with two publisher on sql server 2014.its running successfully.... Problem - When I changes on schema at publisher 1 then I take snapshot and applied it into subscriber but subscriber have also publisher 2 data can loss..??? Then how manage two publisher schema changes into subscriber ??
