Could not find stored procedure 'dbo.sp_MSins_AlarmTbl'. (Source: MSSQLServer, Error number: 2812)

While setting up replication to another server my other replications came with the error

Could not find stored procedure 'dbo.sp_MSins_AlarmTbl'. (Source: MSSQLServer, Error number: 2812)

Is there anyway I can rebuild this stored procedure or what is the easiest way to start synchronizing
